Christine Duval

Christine Duval is a visionary art curator with over two decades of experience creating groundbreaking contemporary art exhibitions globally. Specializing in multimedia, digital, and technology-driven works, she has built a distinguished career at the intersection of art, design, technology, and business. Duval has an extensive background in Europe, particularly in France and Denmark, where she held positions at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Danish Ministry of Culture for five years before relocating to the United States.
As the founder of an independent curatorial platform and former Executive Director of LIMN ART GALLERY, she has organized over 100 exhibitions, highlighting both emerging artists and innovative approaches to traditional media. As Senior Curator of Contemporary and Digital Art at DEPICT, Duval expanded the institution’s digital collection and introduced new ways to showcase art through technology.
Since 2010 Christine has led acclaimed multimedia traveling exhibitions and managed large-scale art events. Her recent exhibitions, Stitching
and Weaving in the Digital Age and Code and Noise, have been featured in major venues across the country; San Francisco, Santa Fe, and Los Angeles, sparking discussions on the evolving relationship between craft and digital media.

She is dedicated to community engagement, serving as co-founder of Elevate Art Menlo Park, and as a guest curator at the Palo Alto Art Center where she continues to explore how design and technology shape artistic expression today.
